The Academy Takes The West End!

Posted in News on October 9th, 2011 by Karen

On a hot and sunny October day, The Academy travelled up together on the train to take place in the Young Performers Show at her Majesty’s Theatre, Haymarket.

We were lucky enough to open both Acts and appear near the end, ensuring a set place in the audience’s memories!

The students performed and behaved excellently, and we have had feedback from the organisers saying how much they enjoyed having us, and extending their thanks to us for leaving our dressing rooms as we found them.

The chance to perform on a West End stage is one that we are sure our students will never forget, and we are so proud and thankful that they have had this opportunity.

Once again, a big well done and thankyou to all participants and parents who came to watch!
